Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experiences in financial institution (banking is preferable)
Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2,5 (scale 4)
25 years old maximum of ages
Have strong interpersonal relationship, good communication skill and good appearance
Costumer-service oriented and be able to acknowledge the customer’s needs
Precise and proficient, and be able to handle the customer’s complaint
Best result oriented
Be able to work under target
