A/R Officer for Modern Trade
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Responsible for controlling invoices and billings to dealers
Maintain timely submitted documents for collection to dealers & payment from dealers
Supervise a team of collectors and controlling their activities
A/R reconciliations
Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience as admin collection / account receivable, preferably handling modern trade.
Familiar with collection, return, and settlement process
Age : 24-35 years old
English and Computer literate.
Familiar with working with targets and tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate with cross-functional and multiple location teams.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision and/or in a team.
